| We strongly recommend that while planning a budget for your online presence you include regular website maintenance. Updating your website with fresh content not only helps to maintain visitors' interest, but also greatly enhances its reputation, and, in some cases, is an almost unavoidable every day routine (e-commerce). |
If your website was developed by HPSolution your contract secures minor web site maintenance to pages (only) for a period of 6 months starting from the date the website was available for the publishing. Those changes include only: text changes, updating link, changing photos and graphics. Major page code and/or graphics changes, redevelopments will be charged at the hourly rate. You will be notified before your free maintenance service ends. Thereafter you can choose one of the options listed below. To find the best one ask yourself these questions first: how often do you need to do it, and do you have the skills to do it yourself? |

Different companies will charge different fees for a time slot (i.e. 6 months’ contract for ₤… with limited/unlimited number of updates) or per hour. Ask for all details before choosing your design company/designer. |

Simply Google the sentence and you will find a lot of available options. Once you have bought such software you have the opportunity to make as many changes and as often as you wish, for free. When checking different versions remember that you have a life time licence (not a periodically renewable one), and that in the future you will be able to work without any further upgrades. |

If you know scripting languages you can edit the web page content and make all changes “live”. If this option is chosen most of the designers would decline any responsibility in case of wrong implementation. |
