Although we are committed to changing every possible detail to satisfy our customers in rare cases our refund policy takes place. It is crucial that prior to ordering any project and/or service you fully understand and accept all conditions related to our offer. We do not refund in the case of mistakes made as a result of your unawareness of these conditions. The procedure of refunding always involves at least one attempt to rectify our final product. Full cooperation of the concerned person/company is expected, without which no refund at all will be issued.
You are only entitled to refunds as stated hereafter:
Web hosting service.
30 days' money back with each hosting plan, starting from the set up day. Ongoing accounts are entitled to a refund only if the remaining hosting period is more than 1 year (365 days), at the rate of 25% of the remaining service’s value. Hosting fees for a period less then 1 year (365 days) are not refundable in any circumstances.
Domain name.
Domain name registration fees are not refundable in any circumstances. The domain name is your private purchase and entitles you to its resale or its transfer.
Web design project.
Paid deposit is not refundable in any circumstances. If the balance was received you are entitled to 25% of the balance value within 30 days only from the time of the project release. If the refund is processed the project will be cancelled and your right to use it withheld. After this period of time no refund will be issued in any circumstances.
Graphic design project.
All graphic projects of a total value less than £40.00 are not refundable regardless of the circumstances.
Prior to issuing any refund two rectifying attempts must be conducted. You are entitled to 20% only of the total graphic project value. The refund must be claimed within 5 (five) working days from the time of the release. No refund will be issued after this period of time regardless of the circumstances.
All refunds are processed within 30 days from the authorised cancellation date and will be made using the same method of payment as the original one.
