How long does it take before I can see the first samples? It all depends on the pre-design time. Firstly we need to receive your request, then we might want to clarify some aspects, and after that we wait for your confirmation and payment. Once your payment has been cleared we start the design process. It should take no more than 3-4 working days to dispatch your art design prototype.

How many sample will I receive for the first viewing? You will be provided with a link to a personalised page containing at least 3 (three) samples of the proposed project appearance.

What if I don’t like any of them? Hopefully you would pick up a few ideas from the presented design. Also more questions about all aspects of your design will be asked again. With such information we re-start the job. We prepare this time only one draft, we present it and give you the possibility to make any changes again, but only once.

I still don’t like it, I want my money back. All graphic projects of a total value less than £40.00 are not refundable regardless of the circumstances. If the value of the graphic project is £40.00 and more you are entitled only to a refund of 20% of its total value. Unfortunately, we do not refund the full amount of money, no matter what the circumstances.

What if I like more than one design, can you develop a few? Any graphic art can be developed in as many different shapes and versions as you wish except your logo. All you would have to pay is our hourly fee of £15.00. When it comes to logo design it is a recommended practice that you choose only one final design.
