• Do you offer custom hosting plans?
  • Unfortunately we do not offer custom hosting plans. Only the plans listed on our Hosting Plans page are available for purchase. Disk space, bandwidth usage and hosting features vary significantly and satisfy almost every would-be customer. Will you place ads on my site?
    We never place any kind of ads on our customers’ websites. All pages come in “clean state” and will contain only your designed pages.
     
  • How can I change my web hosting package?
  • You can upgrade your hosting package at any time by sending a request from our Support page. An invoice will be issued and after your payment has been cleared your account will be upgraded. Downgrading an account can take place only after the first 6 months of account holding. Send us your request from the Support page. Refunds may take up to 30 days.
     
  • How can I move from my existing host?
  • You can change your hosting company at any time. If your host is using the cPanel send us your request note together with your account username and password. We will automatically move your files over to our server. If your host is not using the cPanel you will need to download a backup of your website and then upload it onto your HPSolution account. Step by step guidance is offered.
     
  • I want to cancel my hosting account, what now?
  • All our hosting accounts are charged annually. You can cancel you account at any time and move your files to another host. However, no refunds will be given for any account if the remaining hosting period is less then to 1 year (365 days). Ongoing accounts with a hosting perios more than 1 year are entitled to a refund of 25% of the remaining service’s value.
