What kind of servers do you use? We use Linux Red Hat 7.3. and Red Hat 9.0 operating systems. Depending on the primary function, the machines will have from 1GB to 4GB RAM, 1 to 4 processors, and 2-8 hard drives.

Do you offer telnet or shell access?

Unfortunately, due to security reasons, we are not able to offer access of that type. You are still able to unzip files on the server using our file manager as well as being able to set up cron jobs.

What is your anti spam policy? Any spam can seriously affect not only our servers but also our customers’ businesses. We have a very strict anti spam policy, violation of which will result in account cancellation and retention of your funds.

Do I need to do a back up of my files on the server? For your own peace of mind we strongly suggest that you do have a back up of all files uploaded on our server. We do not take any responsibility, no matter what the circumstances, for the loss of your data. In some cases our weekly back up of your account can be made available for £30.00

Can I password protect some directories? Yes, you can do that within your cPanel. Login to your cPanel, select Password Protect Directories icon, select the folder you wish to protect, add clients and passwords.
