- Make sure you have created the email address in your control panel - Put mail.yourdomain.com for both incoming and outgoing mail server - Change the user name to the full email address, example: username@domainname.com If your email address was not set up: - Change your incoming and outgoing mail servers from mail.yourdomain.com to the IP address provided with welcome email - Make sure you have "My server requires authentication" enabled |

This will start up Internet Connection Wizard - Enter your name in the box "Display name:" and click Next - Enter your Email address in the input box and click Next - In the Incoming mail (POP3) field type mail.yourdomain.com - In the Outgoing mail (SMTP) field type mail.yourdomain.com - Click Next - Type your username that you have set up from cPanel using the following format: yourusername@yourdomain.com - Click Finish |
