How much do you charge for the web design, does the cost fluctuate? To make our pricing policy easier to understand and free of any catches we introduced per page prices. One page of web design costs £18.00 in all kinds of web design except e-commerce websites. For e-commerce design we charge £24.00 per page and £4.00 per page in the shopping cart. There are no unforeseen charges, incremental payments, etc. Additional time spent on the project: extra initial consultation and material collection (see below), is charged accordingly, but only after you have asked for and accepted it.

Do you charge for the initial consultation? A lot of time is given to serious customers. Our initial web consultation, up to 1 hour, is free of charge. Additional time is charged at our hourly fee of ₤15.00. This measure is only to prevent any time wasters from misusing our service. Once our offer is accepted and the deposit paid you are entitled to unlimited, free of charge consultation. In addition, if you wish to meet in person a member of our team we will only ask you to cover the travel expenses.

What if I don’t have my own materials? We make available to our customers photos and graphics from our libraries free of charge. All other materials will have to be transferred to us. We do charge ₤15.00 per hour for collecting on your behalf relevant work, for the text typing (average 90characters/min), and for the extensive graphic design (logos, flash introductions, etc).
