| Do I need to sign a contract prior to the commencement of the work? |

By paying the required deposit you are acknowledging that you fully understand and accept our Conditions. It is your responsibility to read them; a copy will be forwarded with our offer. You don’t have to sign it. However, we recommend that even low cost projects should be accompanied by a signed contract to protect your rights. |

| Do I need to pay the deposit before you start working? |

Yes, 50% of the estimated total cost is required prior to the start of the project design. The deposit covers our initial time and is not refundable. If you are already one of our customers we would normally accept a lower deposit, providing your account is free of outstanding funds. |

| What else do you need to start the design? |
|
It would be great if we could receive all materials before even starting the design- in practice it doesn’t happen very often. Our first step is to put in place the site structure. Then we start filling up all the pages with content either gradually received from you or collected on your behalf (only graphic art work is provided free of charge). |

| My business is based outside UK, is that a problem? |
|
Of course not. Many of our customers do not live in United Kingdom. One of the most significant advantages of the Internet trade is the universalism. No matter where you are you can have customers or suppliers from another part of the world. |
