| The approximate time of the web design depends on the complexity of the project, whether or not you provide us with necessary material (text, images, graphics) and on the time you submit them. Copy of those should be transmitted to us electronically (e-mails). The estimated time for a website of 5-6pages is 7-8days. Special time requests are treated as priority and will be charged accordingly. |

Start by filling out online our Quotation Form. Please provide us with as many details as you possibly can – it will help to work out the best possible design implementing the required features and services. It will also help us to advise you on the estimated completion time and the total price. No obligation, no pressure. |

Within two working days we will send you up to three propositions of the general layout to choose from. Those would be only rough projects waiting for the finishing touches. |

When you feel positive about the chosen design we will ask you to confirm your acceptance of the project. |

By paying the deposit, approx. 50% of the total value, you are assigning our team to develop your website and accepting our terms of use. |

Once this is done we will need as much as possible of the required materials to complete your site: text, scripts, diagrams, case studies, analyses, etc. If you cannot provide those we might be able to help in collecting them, charging an extra fee. |

During this period you will have a chance to see (a link is provided) and comment on work in progress. Minor changes (text, images) can be made without limit, complex changes (structure, techniques) once for websites of a total value estimated at less than £300.00 and twice for websites of a value £301.00 or more. |

When all adjustments, modifications and tests are completed your web project will be ready for release. At this point you will be asked to pay the balance. By doing so you automatically sign off the project and acknowledge your complete satisfaction with it. |

After receiving the confirmation of the balance payment we will upload the website onto your server and submit it to the most popular search engines. |

Once your website is launched we will help you update minor changes (text, pictures) free of charge for the first 6 months. Additional support will be provided depending on the chosen option. For more details see Maintenance page. |
